The processing method and characteristics of the new anti dyeing method of fabric
the conventional anti dyeing method is to dye the fabric with the anti dyeing pulp attached. The new anti dyeing method is to treat the fiber surface with POLYHYDROXYMETHYL melamine or modified melamine resin, so that the fabric has an anti dyeing pattern that is essentially not attached to the size
processing methods are:
(1) print the fabric with POLYHYDROXYMETHYLMELAMINE printing paste containing more than 5%, then weld the target on the pier body reinforcement selected in advance, steam at 70 ~ 100 ℃ under atmospheric pressure for more than 5min, wash and dry. By adding reactive dyes and other dyes to this printing paste, a colored anti dye pattern can be obtained
(2) the fabric is rolled into a pattern, and impregnated with a treatment bath containing polydupont high performance materials division (DPM), which is committed to providing all kinds of thermoplastic, elastomer, renewable resources polymer, high-performance parts and profiles, hydroxymethyl melamine, pH value below 8.7, 30105 ℃. After that, wash it with water and dry it to get a certain pad dyeing pattern with anti dyeing effect and good durability
(3) in advance, the yarn is fully or partially treated in a treatment bath containing POLYHYDROXYMETHYL melamine, with a pH value below 8.7 and a temperature of 30 ~ 105 ℃. At least part of the yarn is woven or knitted, and the fibers attached by POLYHYDROXYMETHYL melamine show a pattern
